For more detailed inbound and outbound route configuration, please refer to the MyPBX user manual.
A. Register a SIP trunk on MyPBX with your RingOffice SIP account
Step 1. Go to MyPBX web interface “PBX -> Trunks -> VoIP Trunk” page and click “Add VoIP trunk” button, then fill in the sip account info into the popup window.
Provider Name: RingOffice
Hostname/IP: sip.ringoffice.com
Domain: sip.ringoffice.com
User Name: Account ID provided by RingOffice
Authorization Name: same as username
Password: Service Password provided by RingOffice
Step 2. Go to “Status -> Line Status -> Trunk Status” to check if the SIP trunk is registered successfully.
Once your trunk is registered, you still have to configure inbound and outbound rules.
B. Call out from the RingOffice account
MyPBX offers various options for outbound calling rules. Please refer to your MyPBX user manual to configure the outbound route and call out rules.
C. Call in the RingOffice account
MyPBX offers a variety of options for inbound calling rules. Please refer to your MyPBX user manual to configure inbound routes. If your SIP account supports T.38 and you want to send T.38 fax using this trunk, please set “T.38 Support” as “Yes”.
