For Linux :
As a first step, you should take a full backup and retrieve it locally just in case,
Then download it from
Upload it then through FileZilla with SSH root credentials on server,
Connect in SSH client such as PuTTY as root, and run command: "dpkg -i 3cxpbx_18.0.3.451-deb10_amd64.deb"
For Windows :
As a first step, you should take a full backup and retrieve it locally just in case,
Then connect on the server with your preferred remote administration tool, run Command Prompt as Administrator, and execute commands:
cd "c:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin"
Updater1 https://www.dropbox.com/s/d7ybdh8j44krp6h/PatchXX_64.zip?dl=1
Then connect on the server with your preferred remote administration tool, run Command Prompt as Administrator, and execute commands:
cd "c:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin"
Updater1 https://www.dropbox.com/s/
