Calls that are not covered within a calling plan (Quota or Volume Discount Plan) will be charged according to their respective destination rates. For example, if you have a calling plan covering calls within Canada and USA, you are not charged for calls to destinations covered in this plan unto the allowable plan limit. Calls that exceed the plan or calls to destinations not covered in the plan are charged per minute. RingOffice to RingOffice calls and internal transfers are never charged.
You can view the details of calls charged from our customer portal. Go to the Billing Info tab and click on Transactions. To match the period on your invoice, enter the date range as 1st of the previous month midnight (00:00:00) to 1st of the current month midnight (00:00:00). You can download these transactions to sort/filter in a spreadsheet if there is a lot of data.
