Modified on Mon, 13 Nov 2023 at 12:52 PM

911 service address management for primary phone line numbers has now been integrated with our 911 database. This means you can now add and update your 911 service addresses from the Customer Self-Care portal. Below, you will find instructions for 911 activation and address management.

To view primary phone lines and manage service addresses:

  1. Log in to your RingOffice Customer Self-Care portal and go to the “IP Centrex” tab
  2. Click on the “Phone Lines” icon in the left menu.
  3. This list contains only Primary Phone Line Numbers.
  4. If you click on the “DIDs” icon in the left menu, you will see all your phone numbers (including primary ones). Any other numbers in this list are Virtual Numbers (or aliases).
  5. To view, add or update the 911 Service address for a primary phone line number, click on the wrench icon next to the "Phone Line" you wish to manage, and a new window will open.
